Tales of Ananda is a Chicago-based creative studio telling human stories through photography, film, and interactive media. I founded it in 2019, and it's home to Déjà Vu Visuals, my photography and cinematography brand. You might be here to see the world through my lens, buy a print, or book a session. People often ask me what kind of photographer I am. My answer is simple: I'm an artist drawn to what makes people human. Whether it's a polished professional headshot, the expressive energy of an individual, the quiet warmth of a couple, the lively spirit of a family, or the electric movement of a live performance, my goal is always to honor the moment and the people in it.
I bring that same care to organizations, from galas and conferences to storytelling for nonprofits. Every project delivers images your team can use in annual reports, grant proposals, and social media.

When I'm not buried in readings or pursuing extracurricular side quests, I can be found admiring the lakefront, bicycling, rock climbing, playing chess, snuggling with my cat, and trying new dishes.
